    Hi there,

Great plugin. Have donated. Thanks for everything.

    Question
I have the responsive extension installed and I’m following your documentation.

But “collapse” isn’t working for me.

    Here is my shortcode

    [table id=2 responsive=”collapse” /]

    Here is my page:

    websitehandover.com/calendar/

Is there something I am doing wrong?

    Thanks for everything again!

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

The cause for that is the use of combined cells, via the #colspan# keyword (in your table, in the “March” row).
Unfortunately, such combined cells are not compatible to the JavaScript features, including the collapse mode.
Please remove all #colspan# from the table and try again 🙂

    Regards,
    Tobias

Actually, i’ve just discovered that the “Collapse” responsive mode is activating at a quite wide screen width.

    E.g.
    https://websitehandover.com/calendar/
    https://websitehandover.com/prayer-of-the-day-calendar/

I’ve got the browser full screen on my 15inch macbook. Although there is plenty of space in the table, responsive mode is triggering.

Is it possible to tell the table at what browser width to trigger responsive mode?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I see what you mean, and I can confirm this issue.
I have actually seen this before, but unfortunately, have not yet found a cause for this, I’m really sorry 🙁

Right now, I can therefore only recommend to look into using one of the other modes for responsiveness. Sorry for not having better news here.

    Regards,
    Tobias
