And just to be sure, TablePress is activated on the “Plugins” screen? And are the tables showing on the frontend? If so, you could try https://tablepress.org/faq/tablepress-is-missing-in-the-admin-menu-on-the-dashboard/

I can see Tablepress in the dashboard but the tables do not display.

Hi,
ok, it looks like some other plugin is interfering here, and inserts CSS code into TablePress admin pages that then hides the control elements.
Can you therefore please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty? That way, we can find what’s causing this.
