# Tablepress Import Fails

    Ich habe ein Problem auf meiner Seite. Über dein Plugin rufe ich in
   15 Min. Abständen 2 Googletabellen auf und importiere diese. Leider bleibt von
   Zeit zu Zeit der Import hängen und muss Manuell neu gestartet werden. Auch ein
   manueller Cronjob auf dem Server hatte das Problem bisher nicht gelöst. Kennst
   du diese Problematik? Hast du eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte?

 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * Unfortunately, I don’t really have ideas here. Could you please check if you 
   are using version 1.3 of the Extension and otherwise install it from [https://tablepress.org/extensions/table-auto-import/](https://tablepress.org/extensions/table-auto-import/)?
   
   That should show us some more information in the auto import configuration.

 * Hi Tobias
    Thank you for your reply. It was like that and i had the older version
   1.2 installed. But there was no update information. Ive installed now the new
   one, but since then, there is no “Last auto Import”. Ive try to adjust something
   on the table, but nothing happen. Do i have to adjust some settings?

 * no, you should not have to adjust settings. The “Last auto import” column should
   be showing more information if the import is tried.
    If there’s nothing there,
   something in the Cron system might not be working. Unfortunately, this can have
   multiple reasons, and it is hard to find the exact cause. For some ideas to try

 * yes, that would be the best, and also trying the manual invocation of the WP 
   Cron system, using those mentioned Cron plugins.
