    Hi Tobias,

I looked thinking this must be answered somewhere but couldn’t find it, so sorry if you’ve already addressed this.

I’m having an issue on one of my pages, and the Weaver support folks have instructed me to deactivate all plug-ins to see if the issue goes away. I’m worried I will lose all my settings and am wondering if they’ll still be there upon reactivation.

    Can you please advise? Thanks!

  • Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

No worries, all your TablePress data (tables and settings) will still be there after deactivating/reactivating.
Only if you use the “Uninstall TablePress” button on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress, will data be removed.

To be on the safe side, it can’t hurt to backup your tables. For that, just go to the “Export” screen, select all tables, and export them to the “JSON” format. With that, you can restore everything in case it’s ever needed. Additionally, backup your “Custom CSS” from the “Plugin Options” screen (if you have any) to a text file on your computer.

    Regards,
    Tobias
