 * When saving TablePress data yesterday we got an Ajax error code that told us
   to hold the shift key and then save. All the data we had loaded yesterday disappeared.
   We can create a temporary account for you to login and take a look. We need to
   deliver the site to the client Monday. [http://creative.reddogweb.com/capabilities/job-board/](http://creative.reddogweb.com/capabilities/job-board/)
 * The only activity that happened prior to saving was coding the custom CSS for
   the color at the top of the table.
 * Please if you can help us out. This is not a memory issue like spoken of in the
   forum and we want to use your plugin.

 * Also when you hit search you can see four blank rows above the data and it says
   it is showing 10 out of 14. When we saved yesterday there were 17 entries, only
   17 rows of data.

 * Hi,
 * thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.
 * I’m a little bit confused. The table in the link that you posted shows 14 rows.
   How many should it have?
 * And yes, if you create a temporary admin account for me, I’ll gladly take a look
   when I wake up again in a couple hours tomorrow morning. Please send me the details
   via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way,
   I can investigate this directly and I might be able to restore the data from
   a previous revision, if that’s enabled on your site. The data that you entered
   just before you got that AJAX error will likely be lost though, as it was probably
   never saved.
 * Regards,
    Tobias

 * Hi,
 * as a reply to your second post: The four blank rows are shown because there are
   empty rows in the table, also on the “Edit” screen.
    The “10 out of 14” is the
   information shown for the pagination.
 * If the table had 17 rows before, there’s indeed something missing, and as mentioned
   in my first reply, I can try to restore that from the database, but I can’t guarantee
   that it will be there.

    Tobias

 * Hi,
 * thanks for the account! I was able to log in and can now see all revisions of
   the table, going back to when it was first created about 2 days ago.
 * However, never did the table have those 17 rows that you mention. It grew steadily,
   and always had some empty rows at the end.
    Also, I don’t get any AJAX errors
   when saving right now, so I assume that there was some temporary issue, e.g.
   that the server could not be reached.
 * I can therefore only suggest that you re-add the missing data manually, and then
   get rid of the empty rows (if you don’t want them), by clicking the checkbox
   no their left and then choosing “Selected rows: Delete”.
 * Regards,
    Tobias

 * Where are the revisions stored in case we have a problem in the future? Why do
   the blank rows appear at the top of the table when you click sort? Thank you
   for your prompt reply and information.

 * Hi,
 * the revisions are stored in the WordPress database. For TablePress, you can see
   their raw data format e.g. by using the “TablePress Debug View” Extension that
   I installed on your site.
 * The blank rows simply appear at the top after sorting because an empty string
   is “smaller” than a string with text. Thus, when sorting ascending, the empty
   rows are at the top, and when sorting descending, they are at the bottom.
    The
   best choice therefore is to simply delete them.
 * Regards,
    Tobias
