With those, it should be possible to restore the tables. * To find out if the table data is in your database (and only the relationship between the table ID and internal WordPress post ID went missing), you can use the small plugin from [https://tablepress.org/download/extension/tablepress-debug.zip](https://tablepress.org/download/extension/tablepress-debug.zip) This will add a “TP Tables” entry in the admin menu, which should show all tables in their raw format.
