 * Hi!
 * Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!
 * Hmm, that’s strange. It would be good to find out more about this error. For
   that, please set the WP_DEBUG constant to true in your site’s “wp-config.php”
   file, see [https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/#wp_debug](https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/#wp_debug),
   or maybe check the server’s error log file (if you don’t have access to that
   yourself, you web host company’s support team should have access).
 * Best wishes,
   Tobias

 * Thank for your quick response.
   Here is the error I got when I enabled debug mode:
   Warning: ini_set(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/atpmf.unistra.fr/
   docs/wp-content/errors.log) is not within the allowed path(s): (/www/atpmf/atpmf.
   unistra.fr:/usr/lib/php5:/tmp) in /www/atpmf/atpmf.unistra.fr/docs/wp-includes/
   load.php on line 632
 * And here is what appears in the log file (I didn’t include everything) :
   [Thu
   Jan 15 12:04:19.797755 2026] [php:warn] [pid 906595:tid 906595] [client 130.79.120.249:

 * I reinstalled TablePress, but the problem persists.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for that. I don’t think that these errors are related, as they basically
   talk about a problem when WordPress tries writing the debug file /wp-content/
   errors.log to the disk, and TablePress does not do anything like that.
 * Can you please check this also happens when TablePress is the only active plugin
   on the site, i.e. after you deactivate all other plugins?
 * Best wishes,
   Tobias

 * <strong data-start=”62″ data-end=”72″>Hello,
   I managed to resolve the issue.
   It was due to the site path, which was still keeping a (false) reference to the
   old URL prior to the 301 redirection.Thank you for your responsiveness.
