Support » Theme: Twenty Twelve » Table top spacing/ padding

  • I am trying to put an html graphics table in twenty twelve and I cannot remove the top and bottom spacing/ padding, so the graphic does not come together nicely.
    I will be grateful of some help in this issue. Thanks!

    I was able to get it to look somewhat right by using this custom CSS:

    .entry-content table img {
    margin: 0;
    }

    and setting the left-center table cell (the one that contains the top half of the “Philosophy Seminars” image) to vertical-align: bottom, but it won’t ever look completely right.

    You might consider getting a graphic designer to create one large image rather than trying to cobble it together using a table.

    Thank you for trying to help. I tried what you suggested and as you said it somehow worked… I need it in pieces because those boxes are supposed to be links… I wonder why it is so complicated in this theme….
    Will be grateful for any other ideas.
