# Table Properties Not working

* For some reason I am unable to control the row height in my tables. It’s putting
too much between the rows, and when I try to force the row height, it’s not accepting
it. Please help.

* Most likely this is set in your theme. Have a look at table styling in the theme’s
style.css and editor-style.css.

* Right-click on the table row where that happens and select “Inspect element”
from the popup menu. Then try changing/disabling some of the CSS for the `| ` or ` | ` tags.
* A good place to start would be to search the net for “changing table row height
with css” or similar.
