Table placement issues in Firefox 18.0.2

Hello,

I am attempting to use TablePress to post rates on a site for an Inn in Maine: http://innonshoreroad.com. The page http://innonshoreroad.com/rooms/rates looks great in every browser I’ve tested (using Sauce Labs) except Firefox. In OS X and Windows using Firefox (at least 17 and 18) the table loads approximately 500 pixels to the right, under the sidebar.

Do you have any thoughts on how to fix this?
