Table of Contents block – final item jumps to bottom

    Hello,

    I’m using the Table of Contents block (see URL for example) and it works great, except for an unexpected jump with the final item in the list.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Visit included URL
    2. Click “Sample Interview Questions” from TOC block

    The first time it’s clicked, the page scrolls all the way to the bottom instead of the desired H2 (Sample Interview Questions).

    Subsequent clicks work fine.

    Smooth scroll is toggled on and there’s a scroll offset of 30px.

    I see the TOC working as it should as I have demonstrated in this screencast.
