Table images for index?

    Hello everyone
    I cannot find a doc that explains how to put a table image into the index page.

    I’m trying to add 5 small images that would sit just under the header and appear on all pages. This needs to be the same line height as where the side bar starts (just under the header of Default theme). Easy to do in html but I’ve no clue how to get it to show up with php coding.

    Can anyone point me to a doc or explain how to get images to appear, please?
