Support » Plugin: TablePress » Table Header is not fully across top of table

I’m guessing this is a plugin conflict as the tablepress code is within a woocommerce “custom tab” (which is created by another plugin).

Th issue is, the header on the page is aligning all the way to the left, and does not stretch across the full width of the table. Click on the “Specifications” tab on the example link to see the table: https://eaton-upssystems.com/product/3s350/

However, if I right-click on the header and “inspect” it in Chrome, after closing the inspection window/tools, the header then stretches the full width of the table. Same with Safari. If I right-click the header and “Inspect Element”, then it stretches the full width of the table again.

If I refresh the page in either browser, the header is again pushed (smushed) all the way to the left again.

Thoughts? Any code I can insert to make it stretch by default?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

This is caused by a conflict between the table being in a tab and the “Horizontal Scrolling” checkbox being checked. Unfortunately, that’s not compatible. You could however try unchecking that checkbox and instead use the scroll mode that the TablePress Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/responsive-tables/ offers. This can add horizontal scrolling again, but in a slightly different technical way.

    Regards,
    Tobias
