    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

For this, I suggest the scroll mode of the Responsive Tables Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/responsive-tables/

    Regards,
    Tobias

That is what I did. I activated the extension and used the following code:

    [table id=assets responsive=scroll/]

The result is the screenshot above. I have adjusted and adjusted and can’t get it to work on a mobile device.

    Hi,

hhm, then I would have to see the page with the table where this problem happens.

Can you email me a link (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi Kate,

thanks for the email with the link!

From what I can see, the problem here simply is that you are still using an older version of the Responsive Tables Extension. Can you therefore please re-install that from a fresh download from https://tablepress.org/extensions/responsive-tables/
(As the Extension is not available in the WP Plugin Directory, you will need to update manually.)

After that, the Shortcode should work. You might then want to uncheck the “Use DataTables” checkbox on these table’s “Edit” screens, as none of the features are used anymore.

    Regards,
    Tobias
