Table Copy errors

    We have recently noticed that on occasion, nscloner does not completely copy the template site, and the log is showing skipped table records. When we retry the clone, sometimes it works successfully, other times it again has the errors. I have captured a log file for both a successful and an error clone operation, but really don’t see any clues as to why it’s having issues copying the tables. I would be happy to provide access to these logs if desired. Are there any known issues that might cause this?

    I’m having the same problem as well, unfortunately support won’t respond to me.

    Hey there @cbenson55,

    Hope this finds you well. Some tables will not copy if they are not supported in the target sites database settings. Kindly confirm if this is a multisite copy or site to site.

    @lukepnnngtn there was a response in your support ticket and there have been some updates since then. We last got a response from you 4 months ago while our last response was 1 month ago.

    I was referring to a submitted ticket, not post on here. It is a multisite copy.

    Hello. I run into errors trying to copy a subsite to another subsite within a large multisite network. Still experiencing these issues. I would be happy to email you a log file if that would help.
