That wasn’t expected really since you didn’t notifty users about it on your changelog. That was disappointing. With increased usage and popularity, should we expect more of the free features become PRO?

    Hello @gxwpm,
Thanks for reaching out. We have refactored the color feature and we have added unlimited color schema which was one of the most wanted features from our pro users.
While migrating the changes we made sure, The tables which are build before the update should still work. Only new tables have color restriction.

I can assure you that, We will not remove any features in the future from free version and if you watch closely we have added new features in our last update.
One of the feature was loading the tables faster by caching the table rows smart way.

We are continuously working on it and improving the features, Also as you see, When we provide support we don’t see if he/she is paid/free users.

If you looking for upgrade please send me an email/open a support ticket. I will make sure you will get a good percent of discount.

Again, Thanks for using Ninja Tables

I just paid for the pro version because I needed custom colors but I’m pretty disappointed with my purchase. You can only select the background and text color – no header colors, and it only allows you to put in HEX colors, but I need RGB so I can reduce the opacity. I realize I could code it myself but I could have just used the free version if I’d known it was so limited.

    Hi @blab,
Sorry to hear about it. Would you please let me know what styling feature you want in the plugin. I will try to improve the user experience with it.

    Thanks

I’ve styled it myself now through CSS, but I think you should be able to control the header color and you should be able to put in RGB colours.
    thanks!
