# Tab ebd invalid error message

 * Hi there – I implemented your fantastic plugin on my site a year ago or so, but
   have just started receiving the following error when I go to my Downloads page:
 * Warning: DOMDocument::loadHTML(): Tag ebd invalid in Entity, line: 16 in /home4/
   spdotcom/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/includes/
   class-email-before-download-form.php on line 31

 * If you can tell me what versions of PHP, EBD, and Contact Form 7 you are using,
   that would help diagnose the issue.
 * The form on the page seems to be rendering properly and if this was a major DOMDocument
   problem it would error out instead of giving you a warning.
 * Is you WordPress in debug mode?

 * Thanks for the quick response.
 * PHP: 7.0.25
    Contact Form 7: 5.0 EBD: 5.1.0
 * I can’t tell if debug mode is on as in Avada system status – I just see a yellow
   highlighted dash. But I’ve downloaded wp-config.php from the hosting provider
   and wp_debug is set to ‘FALSE’.
