Tab Colouring in Chrome Mobile

    Hi,

    Would it be possible to add a setting to allow specifying the theme colour to use. This is currently used by Chrome for Mobile, but I can see this being incorporated into other browsers soon, so would be a nice feature to have!

    The following code is required within <head> – having this read from a configurable option within the Theme Settings would be great!

    <meta name="theme-color" content="#999999" />
