System freezes when resizing map block in footer widget

Tried to add a map block to my footer widget, and when I tried to resize it, the system froze, and I had to close my browser (Firefox) tab to recover. Also, afterward my previous map block plugin (WP Map Block) for my footer widget stopped working. To recover, I had to deactivate Otter, deactivate, delete, reinstall, and reactivate the WP Map Block plugin, then reactivate Otter.
