SyntaxHighlighter Evolved line numbers are off

as written here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/line-number-misaligned/#post-13695410 I have some trouble with your theme using the syntax highlighter.

I had to add the code found here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ampersand-character/ to make the ampersands display correctly.

I am not to judge who broke what. I hope both of you are able to provide are able to provide something usable for the users.
