SyntaxError: Unexpected token & pictures missing

    I couldn’t find some pictures I had previously loaded and moved with Media File Manager. I then tried to find the pictures using Media File Manager and found that when I entered any subdirectory with picture files in it, the following error message appear.

    SyntaxError: Unexpected token < [{"ids":177,"name":"dazaifu","isdir":1,"isemptydir":0,"isthumb":0,"norename":0,"id":"","thumbnail_url":"http:\/\/www.gojapango.com\/dev\/wordpress\/wp-content\/plugins\/media-file-manager\/images\/dir.png"},{"ids":109,"name":"dazaifu_tenmangu_shrine","isdir":1,"isemptydir":0,"isthumb":0,"norename":0,"id":"","thumbnail_url":"http:\/\/www.gojapango.com\/dev\/wordpress\/wp-content\/plugins\/media-file-manager\/images\/dir.png"},

    I looked in the wp_posts table and could not find the images based on their file name. I have almost 9,400 images in the WordPress media system.
