    Hi,

I can see that this has also been an issue in the past – but we are experiencing this again with the latest versions

SyntaxError: Unexpected token A in JSON at position 0

We have had to disable this plugin for now so that customers can complete purchase at checkout – but would love to turn it back on as soon as you are able to resolve.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay. It appears we didn’t get an email about this post.

It is weird that you are experiencing this problem in the newer version. Would you able to give us access to the website so that we can take a look at this?

    Thanks

    Hi.

I am having the same problem also. I have searched the internet, and many others seem to have the same issue persisting.

Please provide some direction on overcoming the current issue: “SyntaxError: Unexpected Token A In JSON At Position 0”. I need the issue sorted ASAP.

    Regards

    Hi Tristan,

This is a generic error. If you are using the latest version then we will need to look further into your case. Can you please provide the server access to enable us to do so?

You can use this form to provide the details – https://sujith123.wufoo.com/forms/z1xchp690scddy2/

Note that we are currently overwhelmed and responses can be as late as a couple of days.

We ended up deleting this plugin, and just using the Vend API directly to get things back up and running.

We handled @bristolmarketingcompany’s case directly and found that this was due to an incorrect Vend Personal Token given in the setting.

The latest version of the plugin has resolved all the known causes of this error.
