 * When trying to purchase through the website’s checkout page, this error message
   appears: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of 
   the JSON data
 * When I disable WordFence and remove the user.ini info it works. How do I fix 
   this and keep Wordfence?

    I’m not sure
   I’ve seen that specific issue before but it’s possible something is getting blocked
   that shouldn’t be getting blocked. Can you please enable Wordfence, then watch
   Wordfence Tools > Live Traffic page while attempting to make a purchase and let
   me know if any blocks show up there? If they do, they will give you a block reason
   and if you let me know what that reason is, I should be able to tell you what
   option you need to change in Wordfence to let the request through.
