Hello Sebang,
Sorry you are having trouble. I just tried my test. I am not seeing the error. The tag you are using [hs_unity3d_web_gl_gamepage] . The output of the box version of that page should show 2 roll a ball games and a space shooter.
What are you seeing? where is the error being displayed. The short code you are using is not what you should be using for a game. It is a helpful testing tool.

Hello Sebang,
Not sure what your game name is but if you have the lates verion of the plugin 0.7.2
you should be able to use a short code like this:
[hs_unity3d_web_gl_game src=”Porcelain” height=500 width=600 u3dver=2017.4.0f1]
There was a problem with with [hs_unity3d_web_gl_gamepage] in 0.7.1 I believe that has been addressed.

What version of WordPress?
I assume you have the latest version of the plugin installed and activated
When you enter the short code you have it in square brackets?
Does the admin page for the app display?
If you can post a screen capture of the error?

Did a quick look. The short code for the roll a ball game could be
[hs_unity3d_web_gl_game src=Roll-A-Ball height=500 width=600]
If your version is something other than the original version
[hs_unity3d_web_gl_game src=Roll-A-Ball height=500 width=600 u3dver=5.5.1]
For the space shooter game:
[hs_unity3d_web_gl_game src=”Space-Shooter” height=650 width=500]
For the game list page: [hs_unity3d_web_gl_gamepage]
