In the From-Field, where you have to fill in the e-Mail information.
The syntax error occurs when I fill in the tags (which are 100% correct):

    From: [name-firma] <[email]>

The error: “Diese E-Mail-Adresse gehört nicht zu der gleichen Domain wie die Website.”
Translation: The E-Mail address does not belong to the same domain of your website.

I tried only the tag [name-firma] or [email] as well. Does not work.

I do not understand the sense of putting in the from-field our own email/with our domain. the contact from is used by our customers, and we need their email address, when they send us an message..

    What’s going wrong?

    Kind regards

    Hello Takayuki Miyoshi,

thanks for your reply! I understand.

Now we have an other problem. It seems that using the browser firefox and internet explorer (windows) the date form-field does only work, when you type in the date int the follwing format: jjjj-mm-tt
Besides this the calender-function isn’t shown.

While using chrome (mac) the following format is accepted: tt.mm.jjjj ..
    The calender is shown.

This is really bad for the usablity.

    Regards,
    Ludmila
