# Syntax error after theme update

 * I just updated my thema, but now I can’t access my blog and I get this error:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘!’ in /home/nikkibergmans.com/public_html/
   nikkibergmans.com/wp-content/plugins/p3/p3.php on line 181
 * My blog is: nikkibergmans.com
 * Could anyone please help me? Thanks a lot in advance!

 * – your “p3” plugin seems to be the error.
 * – Delete this plugin using [FTP ](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients), or
   your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides(
   no Dashboard access required).

 * This seems to me like it would work, so I’ll ask here. I have the same issues,
   but mine reads
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/54/7966354/
   html/wp-content/themes/zerif-lite/inc/customizer.php on line 41
 * If I delete the theme from my file manager, should I be able to log back in?
