 * got the following error message this when activating this plugin now i cant gain
   access to the website can you help

 * Try [manually resetting your plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F).
   That will allow you to access the dashboard again where you can reactivate all
   your plugins except “Toolset Types”, which is the one causing the problem.
 * As for why the issue occurred in the first place, I can see from [the source](https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/types/trunk/vendor/toolset/types/embedded/admin.php)
   that the [plugin responsible](https://wordpress.org/plugins/types/) is using 
   a feature that requires 5.3 or greater. This means that you’re probably using
   5.2. This is _dramatically out of date_. You should contact your host immediately
   to arrange updating PHP. If they refuse then you should find another host. Refusing
   to update beyond 5.2 is worth leaving a host over.
