• I’m using the Premium version of this plugin, and I’m running into problems with synonyms. Since my website focuses on finding vehicles for people, there are quite a few synonyms that people use in their searchs, for example:

    Chevrolet=Chevy
    Chevy = Chevrolet
    Victoria = Vic
    Vic = Victoria

    This is the way that I have these synonyms entered into the box currently. I am using the OR operator right now as well, but it doesn’t seem to work at all. I have read some of the other posts in here concerning this issue, but thus far none of the solutions have worked for me. Any suggestions?

    Since you are a Premium customer, I would recommend using the Premium support you’ve paid for – that’ll get you answers much faster than posting here on the forums.

    Anyway, for this I’d first check that your results are coming from Relevanssi. Since you’re using Premium, the operator parameter should work, but it’s not doing anything, which suggests that the results are not powered by Relevanssi.
