# Syncing issues between Woocommerce & Square

 * Hi there,
 * We are using the Woocommerce Square plugin to sync products created in Square
   with our Woocommerce store.
 * The very first sync worked perfectly and pulled all products over successfully.
   However, subsequent syncs are not pulling any new products from Square into Woocommerce.
 * The sync logs show the sync as successful, but no new products appear in Woocommerce.
   Here are the troubleshooting steps we’ve taken so far:
 * – Verified that Cloudflare is not blocking anything.
   –Ensured the website is 
   running the latest WordPress version and all plugins are up-to-date.–Confirmed
   that the shop page is set to never cache, ensuring it displays the latest information.
 * The website uses a custom-built theme with Beaver Builder.
 * Could you please investigate this issue and let us know why the new products 
   aren’t being imported despite the sync logs showing success?

   I can understand your concern, In order to troubleshoot further, could
   you please check to confirm that the missing product is listed under the same
   [Square Location](https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5580-manage-multiple-locations-with-square)
   as defined in the settings under **WooCommerce > Settings > Square** and make
   sure that product SKUs match between the two platforms.If the locations are the
   same, could you please try running a conflict test to see if that resolves the

   disable WP Simple Firewall (Shield) and things started to flow again.
