syncing filebase

I want to synchronize the database without logging in to wp.

Right now on my site, users can upload files without logging in, using the Inline Upload plugin. But after a file is uploaded, WP-filbase’s file listing doesn’t update unless a logged-in user updates it manually.

Is there any way to trigger the sync automatically when a button is clicked by a non-logged-in user?
