# Synchronization problem

 * Hi,
 * I’m having a problem with the iPhone app, it’s not aligned with the website’s
   product inventory.
 * For example: sometimes the app shows that a product is in stock while the website
   says it’s out of stock. The opposite is also true, or there are differences in
   quantity.
 * The website is correct, but the app doesn’t seem to be up to date.
 * Any solutions?

 * I understand how confusing it can be when the inventory shown in the mobile app
   doesn’t match what appears on the website.
 * In most cases, this happens when the WooCommerce mobile app is not fully synced
   with the site data or is displaying cached information.
 * Please try logging out of the app and then logging back in to see if the inventory
   sync updates correctly.
 * If the issue persists, I recommend deleting the app from your iPhone and reinstalling
   it again. This helps clear any cached data that may be causing outdated inventory
   information to appear.
 * Additionally, please confirm the following setting on your site:
 * **WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory**
    - Stock management is enabled
    - Inventory updates correctly after orders are placed
