# Synchronization does not work

 * Hey guys, first thank you very much for this great contribution.
 * Synchronization does not work, I configured the plugin in WordPress/Moodle according
   to the tutorial, but for some reason courses do not appear in WooCommerce.
 * I have installed:
    Wordpress version 4.3 woocommerce 2.4.6 Moodle 2.9.1

 * Many thanks for trying out our plugin.
 * In the plugin settings, you have to check the checkbox “Create products from 
   courses” (in admin panel > Synchronise > Settings) for products to be created
   during synchronization. If you don’t do that, the courses synced from moodle 
   will be saved as posts (of ‘course’ post type) but no product will be created.
   In that case you have to create products manually.

 * Thank you very much for your reply.
 * I’ve selected the checkbox “Create products from courses” (in admin panel > Synchronise
   > Settings) but no product is created in WooCommerce.
    If I do not select the
   checkbox “Create products from courses”, the courses are not created or saved
   as a post. If I create a new product manually in WooCommerce in the “related 
   course” tab does not appear any course to select. I reconfigured Moodle carefully
   as indicated in the tutorial, but still not working.

 * Hello Guys…mine blank issue is resolved…….This happened because the server did
   not have **xmlrpc extension** for PHP enabled. So kindly contact to your server
   company to enable **xmlrpc extension**. Now i am facing **Error ! Synchronization
   cannot be done.**
