It should work fine, but we can’t guarantee as hundreds of plugins and themes are available, and it’s not feasible to check the plugin with all of them. With that being said, if theme is written according to WordPress.org guidelines, there should be no problem with that.
For integration with Instagram, I’ll recommend to use the following plugin:

but is it possible to syncronise the products that I have so far to see how it looks in fb product catalog but without being visible to public?
or when I synchronise I can’t go back and “unsure” my product catalog from website to FB?
Regarding IG is that the only way to connect my website product catalog to IG? that is a paid plug in and was wondering if there is any free?

Yes, you can hide the products with the Catalog visibility using Facebook settings:

With this extension, merchants can link an Instagram Business Account to the Facebook account and then sync the products to the Facebook catalog. This catalog can be shared between Facebook and Instagram. You can’t use Instagram shopping/checkout though. More details here:

The WooCommerce Instagram plugin is needed only if you need users to checkout from Instagram since at the moment Instagram shopping/checkout support is not available in the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
As they mentioned, with this extension, merchants can link an Instagram Business Account to the Facebook account and then sync the products to the Facebook catalog. This catalog can be shared between Facebook and Instagram.
