# Synchronisation Problem

 * Hi,
    First of all Thank you for this great plugin.
 * I did all configuration and connected to salesforce account.
    But entries dont
   go to salesforce and I’m having this error as description:
 * Entry does not exist
 * What shoul I do?

 * I get the following error message appearing in send and receive even though I
   still get email (but not on my iphone)- so it must be able to connect to the 
   server. My username, password etc are all correct according to my host hostgator.
   com.
    Any ideas why?
