# Synchronisation issues – free version

 * Hello!
 * I’m using Elementor and MailOptin to synchronise my contacts with Sendinblue.
   
   I have 2 issues with the free version, hope you can help me with this:
 * 1) the free version should synchronise 3 fields, it works for only 2 (and I do
   named the fields corectly)
    2) when I have to pick the list where the contacts
   from the form should be added in Sendinblue, not all my lists are there.

 * 1. You have the option to map more custom fields beside name and email in the
   paid version.
 * 2. If the list are newly added, it takes a while for it to be sync to MailOptin.

    1. Ok i thought this was 3 fields in the free
   version my bad! 2. Well it’s not a new list at all. I’ve been checking which 
   lists are implemented and it’s a mix of recent and old ones, but not all of them…
