Sync taking forever and multiple errors

It seems for the past few weeks if I run a manual sync it is taking 2 to 4 hours to complete… if it completes at all. 8 out of 10 times it fails.
When I look into the square logs I keep getting:
Product sync failed. API response data is missingI am also getting this in the fatal error logs:

I also noticed that some times during the manual sync my business location looses connection as well and then I have to disconnect from square and reconnect for me to select the location again and save it.

and it keeps loosing my location. So I have to select my location again click save and do it again.
I noticed that there is a mismatch between the WooCommerce Plugin version (5.5.1) and WooCommerce database version in your site (Version 5.0.0) .
You may want to take a full backup of your site files, and database, and then update the database to the latest version from the tool available within
**WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Tools**After you do this, I suggest disconnect and reconnect of Square from the payment settings. Try a sync after that, while you keep logging on, and then let me know how that goes.
The database won’t always match the core version of WC. It even says “The database version for WooCommerce. Note that it may not match WooCommerce core version and that is normal.” Even after updating the database through the link provided it still reads 5.0/
Got to 13% again and it failed. Same error in the logs:
