Hi there @cavemandesign
As I understand, after opting to force syncing, multiple posts were posted on Facebook and Instagram.
To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support
.
Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.
You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.
Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.
If so, please select View
and copy and paste them into your reply here.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
System Report is here
By the way, this morning I took a look to the app list, and the company added tons of apps. Many of them were not up to date. I only wanted to update WooCommerce for facebook app… and some other app they added to log errors. The admin panel crashed and no one could log in afterwards. Some other friend took care of it. It has produced to fatal error logs. They are below too.
Fatal Error 1
Fatal Error 2
Thank you in advance Pepe.
By the way, before trying the force sync this multiple price with duplicated product issue has started, that s why I have tried the force sync.. It hasn t worked.. then I updated the app.. tried again and then admin panel crashed completely. Even the sync hasn t started.. then we went online again.. tried the sync.. but it synced hundreds of products in 4 or 5 seconds.. At least it seemed to sync.. but in the end nothing changed.
Hi there @cavemandesign
Thank you for reaching back, with further information on this.
The error logs reveal there are issues with the WP Activity Log for WooCommerce plugin.
It is best to get in touch with their support channel, as they will be in a better position to assist you. As I understand, it can be found here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-activity-log-for-woocommerce/
Moving on, with what the site’s System Status Report (SSR) reveals:
- The WooCommerce plugin and database are outdated
- The WordPress version is outdated
My suggestion would be to update all of them to their respectful latest version, and make sure the site’s PHP time limit is set to at least 300, PHP Post Max is at least 1000 and the WP Memory limit is 256 MB or more.
For updating plugins, feel free to check out this page. For updating the WooCommerce database, you need to head to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database. Check out this page, for updating WordPress.
Important: It is best practice to always have a backup ready, before going ahead with any changes in a store’s setup. Furthermore, kindly make sure that all server-side, and CDN, caching is disabled.
I trust that points you in the right direction; let us know how it goes.
Thank you very much Pepe (woo-hc) I appreciate.
I will do exactly you say. I hope the problem will be resolved.
I will give feedback from here and mark as resolved if everything is ok after trying.
Since we haven’t heard from you for a while, I’m marking this as resolved. We’re always here to help.
