I am using a membership plugin that creates a new user in WordPress when someone signs up. I was able to sync users manually with Mautic on my first install.

However, new users are not being synced to Mautic. Can you please help me with this?

Hey @amarudare ,

Can you check the logs (https://wpfusion.com/documentation/getting-started/activity-logs/) and see what they show during registration?

You should see a message saying “New user registration, adding contact to Mautic”. If there are any error messages they will be displayed there as well.

Also keep in mind that the Lite (free) version of WP Fusion does not officially support any membership plugins. The only thing we can guarantee is that if you add a new user via Users >> Add New in the admin, their details will be synced with Mautic.
