# Sync issues

 * Hi,
    After setting up the plugin I can select the list etc. But the sync does
   not work.
 * Started: Wed, Jul 18, 2018 9:07 AM
    Finished: Wed, Jul 18, 2018 9:09 AM Account
   Connected: n/a List Connected: n/a Products Synced: 0 Orders Synced: 0
 * I have re-installed the plugin 3 times, created new Api keys, nothing works. 
   What to do?
 * The logs are full with errors:

 * Hello,
 * I’m having a problem syncing my orders. I’ve tried the postman as requested and
   checked if the store id matches the option: mailchimp-woocommerce-store_id. It
   seems to match fine. I’m having no errors on the website logs but it seems that
   my orders are not being synced. Is there anything else I could try to resolve
   my issue? Any help would be great.
 * I’ve tried the following to resolve the issue:
 * – Deleting and reinstalling the plugin.
    – Switching lists and using a different
   API key. – Logs seem fine with no errors (Although, it was set to standard, I’ve
   changed it to debug so this might change)

 * [@lewisself](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lewisself/), we’ve found that
   some folks might have a non-expired lock which needs to be removed – it’s the
   http_worker_lock site transient. Not 100% sure if that’s your issue, but you 
   might want to try seeing if you can delete that particular site transient and
   then refresh the page to re-enable the queue.

 * Thanks for the help. I deleted the http_worker_lock site transient from the website
   and it started to sync the products and orders. There seems to be some errors
   inside of my log file now though.
