Sync Fraud Status from Braintree to WooCommerce

We need the fraud status to be sent from Braintree to the WooCommerce orders. So if it is still “under review” we want that to say next to each order. Is that possible? So we want the fraud status to show by each order so we don’t have to go into each order on Braintree to make sure it is good to go.

Thank you for reaching us about this. Can you share more details about your setup? Are you using the basic, advanced or kount direct fraud verification tools? Or maybe 3d secure verification tools?

We don’t have a Fraud status for the orders, but this can be a nice feature to have where applicable. You can submit a feature request here: https://woocommerce.com/it-ch/feature-requests/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-powered-by-braintree/.

We are using Advanced fraud protection. We are not using 3d secure at this time. Would be a really helpful feature so that we knew the true status without logging into Braintree. Thx.

It won’t let me submit a Feature request. I click the button and it just go to login screen in a loop and I am logged it for sure.

You need to create an account before submitting a feature request. If you have a WordPress.com account, use that to log in.

No, that’s not a service we offer.

To have this is a built-in feature, as we mentioned, you can submit a feature request on the link we shared.

You might be able to achieve your goal with custom code.

While we can’t provide support for code customization as per our support policy, we do our best to offer advice and direct you to appropriate resources.
