Hey there,
This could be due to a number of things. But here’s what I would try:
1. Try changing the Items per request setting to 25 and turn on Synchronous Requests. After these are updated try resyncing.
2. Sometimes the syncing can fail due to plugin conflicts. Try temporarily deactivating all your other plugins and then resync.
3. Reinstall the plugin
Let me know if any of these work!
I have the same problem than him (or her) but I don’t have the button sync. My plugin is up-to-date and everything seems fine. Some products seem not to sync all the collections associated with them.

Have you confirmed that all your products and collections are assigned to your custom sales channel within Shopify?
Yes for the products and the collections.
@webchacha Thanks for the update. Are you getting any errors during the sync? Do you see all your products / collections inside the WP admin here?
WP Shopify – Products
Yes. I see them. But, they don’t seem to be associated to all collections. Ex. A product, I see it under a specific collection but not under the other one I’m suppose to see it.
@webchacha Hmm, can you send me example links?
Perhaps a link to the product under a working collection, and a link to the collection not working.

If my customer replace informations inside an already existing product and didn’t archive that old one and created a new one, is it possible to be the problem? If you see the url, it is write something different from the product title like she replaced informations inside it.
I tried the feature Delete all synchronized data to see if it is going to sync again but no success and I don’t have error in WordPress debug.log file.
I tried something. I disconnected the shopify from your plugin, I changed the api version in the app in Shopify, reconnected the shopify and everything was synced. The products came back but still doesn’t work on multiples collections. Even a new product that I created. It is there in the products dashboard interface but doesn’t appear in the collection with the link here: https://chocolatsvandeneynden.com/passer-une-commande/#occasions-et-montage-spciaux

@webchacha Hey there, apologies for the delay.
I have a new plugin update coming out either today or tomorrow (version 3.6.0). Once out, try syncing again to see if it works.
