    I did all the Plugin and Moodle settings and whenever I try to synchronize
   the error occurs: Error ! Synchronization cannot be done. I auditioned in Moodle
   and both user and password as with the token and get the following error : URL:

   moodle site access so that we can check and try to find a way to solve this issue.
