# sync errors

 * Hi. I just installed and started syncing. I’m getting a lot of errors in the 
   log like this:
 * 2022-06-24T20:22:33+00:00 NOTICE order_submit.success :: addStoreOrder :: #24252::
   email: …@gmail.com
    2022-06-24T20:22:34+00:00 ERROR member.sync :: …@gmail.com::
   Error Code 0 :: Error code subscribed on 2003 in …/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-
   for-woocommerce/includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php 2022-06-24T20:22:37+00:00
   ERROR order.member.sync.error :: Error code subscribed
 * What exactly do they mean? Thanks.

   to Mailchimp or are they all failing? We may be in a situation where the Akamai
   server is blocking requests from your server.
 * Have you tried [this](https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/wiki/Troubleshooting-CURL-Errors)?
   Or configured this [setting](https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/wiki/Configuration-for-outbound-IP-address)
   here to specify your outgoing IP address?

 * Thanks for the suggestions.
 * I do see submissions to mailchimp so something is working.
 * The curl call succeeded so my server can communicate fine with mailchimp server.
   My hosting provider doesn’t give me a static IP. Most probably don’t.
 * So what exactly is not going to work for me because of akamai blocking me?

 * [@mammadz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mammadz/) sorry for the delay 
   here – if you could please update the plugin to version 2.7 which was launched
   today that should resolve your issue. We think this was related to a php 8 issue
   if you happen to be using it. 🙂
