# Sync Errors

 * Please see error log below, Plugin worked fine for months, products expired unexpectedly
   and do not sync anymore.

 * I understand that sync stopped working unexpectedly and you get the above errors.
 * I see there is an error related to Jetpack Autoloader.

   to establish a fresh connection and see if the products are syncing correctly?
 * Also, Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us? You’ll
   find it at the top of the page under **WooCommerce > Status > Get system report
   > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit)**. Paste the result here in

 * Hi.
 * after reading a previous thread I disconnected all accounts from google ads &
   listings plugin.
 * Completed the setup again and the sync is working correctly.
