Sync Email along with Name and Phone Number

    Hello Team,

    Woocommerce > SMS Alert > Sync option syncs only the Name and Phone Number. It would be great if it syncs the Email Address also.

    Syncing email addresses by default will make it super easy to integrate SMS Alert with email marketing and CRM services.

    Please do consider.

    Also, in the name field, some of the strings are just names while the others are emails.

    It’s better to pull the woocommerce user’s registered email to a separate email field in SMS Alert and the display name of the user to the Name field.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We stores the display name of user in name field. So if you are getting email id in name, it would be because the user has their email id in display name field.

    As we offer only SMS service so we do not feel the imporatance of storing email id’s, and any other information, as we would like to keep the minimal data on our servers for obvious reasons.

    How do you plan to integrate SMS Alert with email marketing and CRM services as you mentioned?

    Email lets me know exactly to whom I have sent the SMS. I can update SMS campaign details in the email marketing CRM.

    I am sorry, that does not looks to be a justifiable used case.
