    SIB only synced customers who created an account. Is there a setting to add guest purchasers? Does this also apply to new orders?

    Hello @hammeroz,

    Thanks for your questions.

    If your customer does not create an account upon purchase then they are not identified by our tracker and therefore, they are not added to your contact database.

    The best workaround would be to add a opt-in checkbox to your checkout page, so your guest customers could at least be added to your Sendinblue account via newsletter subscription: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209579245.
