# Symbols Inserted into Code Causing Error

 * I just noticed that I have the below running in my code:
    ** <script type=�text/
   javascript� src=�/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js�></script>
 * The question marks causes an issue that delays the loading of the website. (I
   coped this directly from the source).
 * My site is [http://www.ispithotfire.com](http://www.ispithotfire.com)
 * I disabled all my plugins and the code is still there. I’m not sure what other
   files I should look through to see what is loading that code so I can modify 
   it or delete it. Any suggestions?
 * I’ve looked through WordPress root, through each file and I can’t the issue either.

 * I was able to find the code in the headers file, but in the file itself, there
   are no issues. So I don’t know what is causing the code error to appear. I decided
   to remove the line from loading, as jquery already loads earlier, now trying 
   to restart plugins and see if any issues arise.
 * (Also, the header file has been unchanged over the last year, so maybe this is
   a WordPress error?)
