# Switching Subscription

 * I’m having some problems with the WooCommerce subscription plug-in. I’m trying
   to give my customers the option to switch between different products within their
   subscription but when I tested it, I do not see the button to upgrade or downgrade
   a subscription. I have enable subscription switching in the settings but I’m 
   still unable to see that option on the customer page.

   page, as [there can be a few possible reasons](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/switching-guide/)
   that the button doesn’t show to customers on the site.
