switching my custom theme to the default automatically

I purchase the pro version recently. I enjoy using it except:
1. the selected custom theme I created and saved will automatically switched back to default theme. Most of time I find it happens after you made changes to the form field section
2. The submissions have not been captured 100% of the time. 1 I noticed it happens very often when you access the form the first time from a device. 2. You click the submit button too quickly. usually it will be successful if you remit the form the 2nd time
3. You can’t change the # of symbols in Simple Captcha although it says 3-9
4. The form doesn’t display correctly on even not too old android machine: Samsung S8 default browser. The radio buttons not showing
