After I switched my server to individual pools for each WP site

    This message never dissapears

    Regardless of what I do

I’ve set permissions to 755 directories 644 for files on the whole wp install

Also I’ve set on php.ini in /etc/php/7.4/php-fpm auto_prepend_file to none as suggested in the Wordfence documentation

I can see the wordfence-waf.php file and the .htaccess has been modified with the .user.ini edits

Not sure what’s missing for Wordfence but this message won’t go away.

I’ve removed the auto_prepend_file from php.ini but I see that there is a .user.ini with the route to wordfence-waf.php in auto_prepend within the directory.

So still can’t understand whats going on

Solved by adding into each PHP-FPM pool manually the directive
    php_admin_value[auto_prepend_file]

    .user.ini was not taking it.
